Car Heart Co., Ltd. is a coating and film specialist. We have been installing films since 2009, on imported cars such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Ferrari and on Japanese cars such as LEXUS and MAZDA.
Besides film, we handle coating, body and paint repair, and electrical work under one roof. The shop was expanded in autumn 2024, and the original building was renovated in summer 2025.

At the shop and by phone: Japanese
Our staff speak Japanese. At drop-off and collection, a translation app or a Japanese-speaking friend is helpful. For the same reason, we recommend messages rather than phone calls.

The front end and full car are quoted for each car, because the price depends on the model, year and condition of the paint. The prices below are a guide. Send us the make, model and year, and we will reply the same day or within two business days.

Four things that change the price
- 01Size and shape of the carThese change the amount of film and the time needed to fit it.
- 02Area coveredFront end only, or the whole body. Added areas also change the price.
- 03Condition of the paintNew cars are covered as they are. For older cars, we discuss whether to polish the paint first.
- 04Type of filmOur standard film is XPEL ULTIMATE FUSION. The matte STEALTH film may cost extra.
Estimates are free. Depending on the time of year, we may be able to offer a better price than usual.
Single panels start from ¥4,400 (one door edge), with a minimum order of ¥33,000 (tax incl.).
Leaving your car with us
Because you are trusting us with an important car, we explain the warranty, payment, staff and workshop in advance.
10-year manufacturer warranty, and free checks and repairs
XPEL ULTIMATE FUSION, ULTIMATE PLUS and STEALTH come with a 10-year XPEL product warranty from the date of installation. If you sell the car, the warranty passes to the next owner.
For front-end and full-car customers, we offer a free check for lifting and peeling 3 to 6 months after installation. Any lifting or peeling caused by our work is repaired free of charge.
No deposit or advance payment
Payment can be made at any time up to collection. We accept credit cards, electronic money such as PayPay, cash and bank transfer.
For work of ¥500,000 or more, we may discuss the payment method with you.
No pressure to buy
We will never push you or ask you to decide on the spot. Listen to our explanation and take your time.
All our staff are non-smokers and keep a neat appearance. We want first-time customers and women to feel comfortable visiting the shop.
Film, coating and electrical work in one shop
We also handle interior and exterior coating and electrical work. We can coat over paint protection film, or combine the two by area, for example film on the front end and coating on the rest.
Our electrical work covers cars that need specialist knowledge and experience, such as Ferrari and Rolls-Royce.
You are welcome to see the shop
CAR HEART has more than 30 years of history. In autumn 2024 we expanded the shop with a new workshop and delivery area, and in summer 2025 we renovated the original building. If you would like to see where the work is done before deciding, please visit. Only some of our staff can show you around, so please contact us before you come.

The time depends on the car, the area covered and how busy we are. We give you the exact number of days with the quote.

Free loan car
We cannot provide a loan car for work that takes 10 days or more. Full and half wraps are not included. For full-car paint protection film it depends on the number of days, so please ask when you request a quote.
Which cars we work on
We can work on almost any car, whatever the make or year. If the paint is so weak that applying film could lift it, we may have to decline.

FAQ
Do I need to speak Japanese?
No. Send us a message in English and we will reply in English. At the shop, conversation is in Japanese, so we agree the work, price and dates in writing beforehand.
What does the XPEL product warranty cover?
For 10 years from the date of installation, it covers yellowing, cracking, blistering and peeling caused by manufacturing defects. If you sell the car, the warranty passes to the next owner. To make a claim, you need the XPEL warranty card we give you at collection and a copy of the receipt showing the areas covered. Damage from outside such as stone chips, automatic car washes, water spots, accidents, and the use of ceramic coatings not made by XPEL are not covered.
What happens if the film lifts or peels after installation?
Lifting or peeling caused by our work is repaired free of charge. Minor lifting is repaired in place, and large areas are refitted. Because the condition depends on how the car is stored and used, we do not set a fixed warranty period. We check each car and respond case by case.
Can you remove film fitted by another shop?
Yes. We quote after seeing the car. Replacing or removing film that we fitted costs from free up to about ¥220,000 (tax incl.). In both cases the price depends greatly on the area and the condition of the film.
Can you work on older cars?
We can work on almost any car, whatever the make or year. If the paint is so weak that applying film could lift it, we may have to decline. The work is confirmed after we have seen the car.
Do I have to pay when I book?
No deposit or advance payment is needed. Please pay by the time you collect the car. As a rule, we do not accept payment after collection.
Can I visit just to look or ask questions?
Of course. We will not push you, so take your time after hearing our explanation. Only some of our staff can help, so please contact us before you come. Without an appointment, we may not be able to see you.
